SMS Communications
AuctusMed sends automated SMS messages to patients of our client practices on behalf of those practices. These messages include appointment reminders, missed call follow-ups, review requests, reactivation sequences, and other service-related communications. All SMS messages include opt-out instructions. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements
